friend void swap( std::flat_multiset& lhs, std::flat_multiset& rhs ) (since C++23)
noexcept;

Specializes the std::swap algorithm for std::flat_multiset. Swaps the contents of
lhs and rhs. Calls lhs.swap(rhs).

Complexity¶

Same as swapping the underlying container.
