NAME¶
nvme-wdc-vs-telemetry-controller-option - Disable/Enable the controller initiated option of the telemetry log page.
SYNOPSIS¶
nvme [<global-options>] wdc vs-telemetry-controller-option <device>
[--disable, -d] [--enable, -e] [--status, -s]
DESCRIPTION¶
For the NVMe device given, sends the WDC Vendor Specific set feature command to disable, enable or get current status the controller initiated option of the telemetry log page.
The <device> parameter is mandatory NVMe character device (ex: /dev/nvme0).
This will only work on WDC devices supporting this feature. Results for any other device are undefined.

GLOBAL OPTIONS¶
The following options are defined at the top-level nvme command and are available to this subcommand:
--dry-run
--no-ioctl-probing
--no-retries
-o <fmt>, --output-format=<fmt>
--output-format-version=<version>
--timeout=<ms>
-v, --verbose
These options can also be set as machine-wide defaults in nvme-cli.conf(5). A command-line flag always overrides the file.
