subroutine ZSYTF2_RK (uplo, n, a, lda, e, ipiv, info)
ZSYTF2_RK computes the factorization of a complex symmetric indefinite matrix using the bounded Bunch-Kaufman (rook) diagonal pivoting method (BLAS2 unblocked algorithm).
