subroutine ZLATDF (ijob, n, z, ldz, rhs, rdsum, rdscal, ipiv, jpiv)
ZLATDF uses the LU factorization of the n-by-n matrix computed by sgetc2 and computes a contribution to the reciprocal Dif-estimate.
