subroutine ZHETF2_ROOK (uplo, n, a, lda, ipiv, info)
ZHETF2_ROOK computes the factorization of a complex Hermitian indefinite matrix using the bounded Bunch-Kaufman ('rook') diagonal pivoting method (unblocked algorithm).
