the package architectures the security database is for

-h, --help[=false]
help for secdb

--no-distro-detection[=false]
do not attempt to auto-detect the distro

-o, --output=""
output location (default: stdout)

--repo="os"
the name of the package repository

--url-prefix=" ⟨https://packages.wolfi.dev"⟩
URL scheme and hostname for the package repository
