SYNOPSIS¶

wwctl kernel import [OPTIONS] KERNEL

DESCRIPTION¶

This will import a boot KERNEL version from the control node into Warewulf

OPTIONS¶

-a, --all[=false] Build all overlays (runtime and system)

-C, --container="" Import kernel from container

-D, --detect[=false] Try to detect the kernel version in an automated way, needs the -C or -r option

-h, --help[=false] help for import

-n, --node[=false] Build overlay for a particular node(s)

-r, --root="/" Import kernel from root (chroot) directory

--setdefault[=false] Set this kernel for the default profile

OPTIONS INHERITED FROM PARENT COMMANDS¶

-d, --debug[=false] Run with debugging messages enabled.

-v, --verbose[=false] Run with increased verbosity.

--warewulfconf="" Set the warewulf configuration file
